SCDHEC Restructuring 7/1/2024

On July 1, 2024, the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) became two separate agencies - the South Carolina Departments of Environmental Services (SCDES) and Public Health (DPH). The SLEIS web address 'sleisprod.des.sc.gov' will continue to function in the meantime. Eventually it will convert to: 'sleisprod.des.sc.gov'. We will advise of change date. The original 'sleisprod.dhec.sc.gov' address will automatically redirect to the new DES SLEIS address when the change is made. The 'ei_submittals@dhec.sc.gov' mailbox address will also convert to 'ei_submittals@des.sc.gov' on that date.
