New ESA Process - UPDATED 1-23-2024

The ESA process has been revised for calendar 2023 reporting. SLEIS ESA forms are no longer required for SLEIS access. We are using the listing of Authorized Users for each air facility in SCDHEC's ePermitting system. Only users listed there will be setup in SLEIS (with appropriately translated rights); if you desire to have SLEIS access for 2023 reporting, then you must be listed as an active Authorized User in ePermitting for your Air facility. Our initial pull of ePermitting users was on 1/8/2024. If you added/accepted your ePermitting user invitation after 1-8-2024, you will need to send us an email to ei_submittals@dhec.sc.gov advising of such so we can add you to SLEIS as it is not automatic from ePermitting.
