Welcome to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services (SCDES) State and Local Emissions Inventory System (SLEIS), a web-based application that allows permitted facilities to compile and submit point source emissions inventory data in accordance with regulatory reporting.

Minimum browser requirements for SLEIS are Internet Explorer version 9 or later, Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.

Inventory Completion
Your emissions inventory is not considered complete until the agency has received all portions of your packet. Those portions include the following:
- Electronic Signature of SLEIS submittal
- Supplemental Documentation (This may be attached within SLEIS, sent via email or as hard copy. If attaching in SLEIS please do so BEFORE electronic signature.submittal)
- List of insignificant activities (This may be attached within SLEIS, sent via email or as hard copy. If attaching in SLEIS please do so BEFORE electronic signature.submittal
- Facility General page - **NO LONGER REQUIRED**

SLEIS Import File Specification
